 Ryson’s high speed case rotator is designed to effortlessly rotate boxes as they glide along the conveyor, perfectly synchronized with the line's pace. This system eliminates the need for starting, stopping, or removing loads from the conveyor, ensuring a gentle and continuous rotation without abrupt accelerations. The design maintains consistent gaps between loads, guaranteeing a smooth and uninterrupted flow. While boxes require minimal clearance between units, precise or measured gaps are unnecessary.
This unique design adapts to various load sizes, making it ideal for most products. The rotator operates in harmony with other conveyors, delivering a steady, uninterrupted flow free from bunching or load interference.
Rotators offer flexibility, allowing for box rotations in either a clockwise or counterclockwise direction, in 90° increments. For even greater versatility, combine multiple stages to achieve rotations of 90°, 180°, 270°, or a complete 360°, tailored to your specific operational needs.
Perfect for labeling applications, Ryson’s rotator can handle complex operations by integrating horizontal conveyors between rotation sections for multi-sided labeling. It also excels in facilitating the unloading or reloading of boxes in bottle filling or labeling processes.
Built with the same high-strength steel chain as our spirals, Ryson’s rotators are designed to offer low maintenance and longevity. The non-overlapping slats, crafted from the same spiral materials for extended life and minimal upkeep, ensure a smooth surface for box support.
