Tailored for Your Needs Each M Series lift is customized to fit your specific requirements, delivering unmatched versatility. Capable of moving loads from 10 lbs to 10,000 lbs, these lifts excel in demanding, continuous-use environments and integrate seamlessly with automated systems. With the ability to reach unlimited floor levels at speeds ranging from 25 FPM to an optional 400 FPM, the M Series ensures reliable, efficient operations.
The M Series has configurations to fit every space. The straddle design positions the lifting carriage between two guide columns; this design supports larger platforms, greater lifting capacity, and flexible loading patterns from 2-sides of the lift. In the cantilever design, guide columns are positioned on one side of the carriage, enabling three-sided loading access. Ideal for smaller spaces that require greater loading/unloading flexibility.
SAFETY FEATURES
- Limit switches: Prevent overtravel and engage the brake during power loss
- Overload protection: Shuts down the unit if load limits are exceeded
- Chain sensors and tensioners: Detect tension issues, preventing chain slippage and uncontrolled descent
- Certified safety cams: Hardened steel cams lock the carriage securely in place in the unlikely event of a chain failure
- Enclosure panels: Ensure safety by confining loads and protecting workers
