The MLC-4663 next generation drive out unit, designed by Stewart Glapat, was crafted to facilitate seamless and efficient loading operations in warehouse environments. This conveyor solution enables operators to effortlessly maneuver a pallet jack onto the platform, reducing manual labor while loading or unloading goods.
The drive out unit features a belted main frame and MDR pullout, which ensures continuous product flow, unlike gravity rollers that can cause product logjams and inefficiencies. Its narrow design allows for pallet loading to occur simultaneously while the drive-out unit extends into the trailer. Built from structural steel channel, the main frame is known for its robust, durable design, a hallmark of Stewart Glapat's reputation. In case of congestion at the transition between the main conveyor and the pullout accumulation section, operators can easily clear it by pressing the “JOG” button.
Additionally, this unit offers enhanced maneuverability with front-wheel steering capability, making it easier to navigate. All necessary adjustments can be made from outside the machine, preventing the need for maintenance personnel to work in confined spaces. The inclusion of Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) adjustment controls on all motors further improves control and customization, optimizing the unit's overall performance and efficiency.
