 Regal Rexnord's ModSort® transfer and divert module has the ability to transfer a wide array of products and is ideal for handling polybags and small packages. Easily integrating into a new or existing conveyor system, the ModSort® station utilizes a unique System Plast® 2253RT roller top belt technology featuring a 1" on-center sphere array. Its motorized drive rollers and controls allow flexibility in wiring and efficiency.
With its versatile application in a modular or scalable sorter system, the Modsort® transfer and divert module can be used to divert in two different modes: stop and divert a full 90° or divert on the fly (blended vector angle). Application considerations include package rates at 35-50 per minute, package sizes less than 30" x 30" and a weight of 50 lbs. or less per package.
