Invert Entire Loads Quickly

PalletPal-Rotator Southworth's PalletPal Pallet Rotator/Pallet Inverter is a simple, rugged machine designed to invert entire pallet loads. In just seconds, our partner's PalletPal Pallet Rotator inverts fully loaded pallets with an ability to handle loads measuring up to 48" x 48" x 84" high.

Pallet inversion may be necessary for several reasons including as part of a shipping and receiving process, swapping from in-house to shipping pallets, or to deal with damage to pallets or goods, broken boards or even boxes/bags hit by forks. The pressure adjustable clamping mechanism easily secures loads up to 4,400 pounds and rotates them 180° on a massive anti-friction turret bearing, eliminating the need for manually restacking pallets. Rotation is smooth and can be stopped in any position. Loads can be fully inverted in under 20 seconds.

The PalletPal Inverter is most commonly used in food, pharmaceutical and chemical processing applications to turn inventory for freshness or to prevent mixtures from separating or settling.
