THE POWER ROLLER FLEX
Medium-Flex Conveyor FXPHytrol's FXP (Power Roller Flex) provides optimal conveying power and can easily be moved where it is needed most. The FXP is a sturdy conveyor, moving product up to 100 lbs. per zone at variable speeds; each zone is powered by an energy efficient Hytrol E24 (24-volt) motor.
 
Engineered for maximum conveying strength and efficiency, this versatile and mobile solution adapts effortlessly to your space requirements and is ideal for truck loading and unloading areas, distribution centers or portable assembly lines.
 
Capable of expanding or contracting up to 80 feet, the powered roller flex conveyor seamlessly adapts to any unique operational demands. Networked controls and pass-through power cables connect multiple units to the FXP, which includes start/stop buttons along with forward/reverse controls. The FXP transportation-style conveyor operates continuously, ensuring your packages are always on the move at a steady pace. Meanwhile, the FXA accumulation-style conveyor is designed with advanced sensor arrays, motors, and integrated EZLogic Net motor/logic controllers, allowing each zone to activate only when the downstream zone is clear. This intelligent system ensures seamless package accumulation at the end of the conveyor or in preceding zones, optimizing your workflow with precision and efficiency.
