SMALL, BUT MIGHTY: THE PR12 VERTICAL CONVEYOR
ProrunnerP12.2Qimarox's Prorunner PR12 is a discontinuous vertical conveyor with a small footprint suited to quickly transport AMRs, AGVs, and pallet size products between floors. It's high positioning accuracy, rigidity of the construction and the possibility of mounting a second carrier result in a safe and reliable high-capacity transport solution.
 
What makes the machine, equipped with contour monitoring, unique is the option to attach two separately driven carriers to one column. This makes it possible to double the transport capacity while keeping the space requirement to a minimum. With its vertical range, a single machine can easily serve three, four, five or even more floors.
 
The Prorunner PR12 is modular, resulting in a high degree of configurability and low maintenance costs. Additionally, the AMR and AGV platforms can easily be replaced with a roller conveyor, allowing for even more options in configuration. By using a servo drive, the PR12 can be easily integrated into any demanding, dynamic and challenging system design.
