If you are looking to save space and increase throughput, Ryson's unit load spiral conveyor can convey cartons cases, trays, totes and all sorts of packaged goods up or down in a continuous flow. These unit load conveyors require less floor space than conventional conveyors and are faster and more reliable than any elevator or lift.
Central to the design is their proprietary slat-style belts designed with rolling friction without any sliding movements or wear strips. This arrangement facilitates a small footprint, high speed, low noise, low maintenance and a long life. Available in powder coated carbon steel, stainless steel, hybrid and freezer versions, Ryson spirals are equipped with an automatic chain tensioning device and built-in overload protection.
